Our goal at FAC is to give the best support possible to our customers throughout the customer journey! And help you succeed in your business.
As a part of FAC development, we have reorganized our customer services. The background and reason for this is that we want to raise customer satisfaction. One point of contact throughout the custom life cycle - same support for New & Existing customers.
Customer services at FAC are now split into three teams that attend to our customers' needs: customer support, customer success, and developer success.
